During many years, Dr. A. Verwey superintendents and surveyors have operated in the field of shipside supercargo services, resulting in a lot of experience in working for and on behalf of shipowners, charterers and agencies.

Shipside supercargo services means assistance by our experienced supercargoes to the ships’ staff during loading, discharge and cleaning operations of all kinds of chemical, vegetable, edible and mineral liquid cargoes.

The main point is to optimize all operations: to load, to discharge or to clean the vessel as quickly, economically and as safely as possible. We also protect the vessel, i.e. owners, against risk of cargo damage or any claims for shortage.
